Who are we?
Curtis Wilson and Lauren Ciaglo founded Honeycutt Culinary Concepts in February 2022. The name Honeycutt is the name of the street Curtis grew up on in the Fort Sill Community.
Curtis Is from Lawton/Fort Sill and recently moved back home to be closer to family. He spent most of his career in New York and Connecticut honing his craft.
Lauren is a Michigan native. She also worked in New York and Connecticut soaking up as much knowledge as she could to develop her diverse skill set.
Both are graduates of the Culinary Institute of America with over 20 years of industry experience each.

We are passionate about food. A delicious meal is memorable beyond measure, something you can feel in your soul.
We cook with this in mind. This is why we focus on making hand crafted food from scratch. Our goal is for you to be able to taste and savor the love in every bite!
Food is a way to bring people together. We believe in supporting and participating in our community. We work closely with local farms, producers and foragers to provide high quality, locally sourced ingredients. Some of our featured farms include: Red Truck Farm, Texoma Bison Company, Roch & Co Honey, Sunfinch Greenhouse, Wild Harvest Co, Turkey Creek Lavender, Roberto's Farm, Legako Family Farm, Paladin Farm & Cattle and Cross B Blooms!
